Strategy

  • Change project management provides expertise and oversights of CCG projects for establishing, changing and renewing service provided within the department.

Business

  • FM Central Control Group (CCG) supports the Change and Project.

What We Do?

  • Having an advance / expert ability on the below listed expectations / responsibilities.
  • Analysing opportunities to improve existing BAU / processes.
  • Leveraging from existing processes and strengthening Operational Risk.
  • Providing updates on projects being managed to higher management.
  • Ensure projects are executed within the time frame and provide quality measures across teams’ requirements.
  • Supports squad members and assist (where necessary) on projects ensuring updates are in a timely manner into the created tracker.
  • Work to develop date driven critical milestone plans and work to effectively communicate timelines and dependencies within and across functional areas.
  • Overlooking the SPOC for any project and change related activities within our business footprints.
  • Able to facilitate and / or coordinate within internal and external stakeholders for project and change related matters.
  • To ensure projects has been delivered that has been set by the higher management and to be in line with OKR (To elaborate).
  • Lead meetings ensuring appropriate participation and achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Identifies, manages and tracks project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.

Technical Competencies

  • Ability to manure Microsoft office – Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Capacity to manage time accordingly – As delegated by line management from time to time
  • Software knowledge (Added Value) Acquiring a basic / core knowledge on
    • Tableau -Report extraction (To elaborate)
    • M7 Module Navigation for Maker and Checker on KCI and CST
    • M7 report extraction for Test details, test plan, control sample test, metric and metric response

People and Talent

  • Attain effective communication within the team and stakeholders which ensures the message is received and understood with clarity.
  • Team Player would help enhance the team’s efficiency and productivity.
  • Able to rely onto when there is a need of more hands during any discrepancy that could arise.
  • Analytical skills to enable in identifying complex problems and solve it independently (Risk assessment / Risk certification), interpret metrics (RRA, IRR, etc) manage reporting and deliver an investigation.
  • Decision making skills would help in efficiency of completing task within the timeline.
  • Regulatory knowledge i.e. Operational Risk Framework and Wall standards and inside information risk, ERMF, FMEA, etc).

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
