AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is looking for a Training Executive to handle our eco-friendly Beauty Brand – INNISFREE. As the Training Executive, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training content, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring exceptional retail performance and customer service.

You will play an important role, such as:

• Plan, design, and implement effective field coaching plans and training programmes ranging from orientation, product knowledge, technical skills, customer service and selling skills training for One Brand Store (OBS) / Multi-Brand Store (MBS).
• Using suitable delivery methods and learning methodologies to ensure engaging and effective training sessions.
• Collaborate with team to assess training needs and develop learning solutions that meet the requirements of our retail environment.
• Monitor Beauty Advisor’s service and sales skills and implement effective performance measure to assess the impact of training initiatives on retail performance and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training processes, content, and delivery to enhance the capabilities of our Beauty Advisors.
• Work closely with the team to maximize coaching impact on their achievements, providing guidance and support to help them reach their monthly targets.
• Uphold the brand image and maintain high standards of housekeeping, grooming, and visual merchandising in stores.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training techniques to ensure our training programs remain effective.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and related duties as required by superiors.

To be successful in this role, you would need to have:

• Candidate must possess Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Master Degree in any relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience and exposure in beauty or retail industry.
• Preferably Executive level specialized in beauty or equivalent.
• Passion for beauty, professional makeup skills is preferred.
• Willing to travel outstation
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, in particular)

• Great knowledge in cosmetics products
• Experience in using e-learning software and tools
