In your role you will:

• Arrange client appointments for store visits.
• Proactively communicate with our clients, ensuring the Montresor Infini Experience – uniquely tailored and personalised customer service
• Elevate in store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client. Demonstrate passion as a Montresor Infini brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
• Deepen the relationship with our clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend. Consistently achieve or exceed goals.

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service role and working towards targets and KPIs in retail, luxury retail or client-centric experience.
• Ability to build meaningful client relationships with a diverse population.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional trading hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle credit card payments and basic financial transactions
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
