In your role you will:
Arrange client appointments for store visits.
Proactively communicate with our clients, ensuring the Montresor Infini Experience – uniquely tailored and personalised customer service
Elevate in store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client. Demonstrate passion as a Montresor Infini brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
Deepen the relationship with our clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend. Consistently achieve or exceed goals.
Job Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service role and working towards targets and KPIs in retail, luxury retail or client-centric experience.
Ability to build meaningful client relationships with a diverse population.
Flexibility to work non-traditional trading hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Ability to handle credit card payments and basic financial transactions
Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
