• Coordinate and perform end-to-end recruitment process cycle – from onboarding to offboarding

• Communicate with clients to understand their recruitment needs

• Source and screen for potential candidates based on clients’ needs

• Handle interview arrangements

• Conduct debrief post interview for candidates to provide feedback

• Identify new business opportunities and strengthening current business relations

• Maintain strong rapport with clients to support their recruitment needs

Requirements:

• Sales driven and possess strong interest in recruitment industry

• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Enjoy human interaction

• Strong team player
