As a Senior / Staff Nurse (Inpatient, various discipline ), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist in day-to-day ward rounds
• Assessing patient health problems and needs
• Monitoring patients’ vital signs
• Implementing nursing care plan
• Maintaining and recording patients’ medical records
• Provide information to patients and family members to help them understand their treatment
• Ensure compliance to nursing procedures and policies

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Malaysia Nursing Board Registration
