We are hiring experienced Medical Claims Executive who will assist advisors/members with risk selections issues (underwriting), explanation and acceptance of offer letter, hospital support and claims assistance.

What will your role be?

• Timely follow-up & follow-up on pending cases for proper closure
• Assist advisor/members with risk selection issues (underwriting)
• Handle Letter of acceptance, Underwriting query, Redeclaration and all medical enquiries regarding to medical policies
• Handle enquiries from internal and external parties within the agreed targeted turnaround time
• Provide administrative support such as filing, copying, distribution, scanning, collates general information etc
• Process (scanning, checking, tagging & data entry) of claims documents
• Generation of pending underwriting issues
• Any other duties/assignments as given by the supervisor

What will you need for this role?

• Doctor/Medical Degree (MBBS/ MD)/ Diploma in Nursing/ Bioscience or equivalent
• Insurance background in Health/ Accident
• Experience in medical claims and underwriting are welcomed to apply
• Good in English & Malay, proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently and under minimum supervision
• Initiative, responsive, responsible, disciplined
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills
• Service-oriented and multitasking skills
• Meticulous with keen attention to details to minimize error occur in submission of form
