Position Mission:
To ensure that a proper level of stock is maintained, and the merchandise is displayed appropriately in order to maximize sales and increase sales volume.

Loan administrators provide administrative and clerical support to a loan department. They obtain loan documents and collect client information. They are responsible for documenting, closing, dispersing, and servicing loans that pertain to construction, small business mortgages, or commercial lending.

Job Descriptions:
– Field inbound calls and exhibit the correct sales and customer experience behaviors throughout the entire interaction
– Take a consultative approach to uncovering needs and forming solutions of new products and services that will help their businesses succeed
– Offer resolution within our scope of support (SOS), providing direction for third party resolution or consultation regarding a paid solution, as appropriate Troubleshoot client products as needed to resolve each call the first time
– Meet metrics such as First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales
– Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment
– Assist walk-in customer into the store.
– Attract potential customers by answering their inquiries.
– Talk with customers by suggesting purchase options.
– Giving accurate information of the products.
– Conduct ongoing analysis of the loan portfolios to identify, manage and monitor credit risk trends and changes that need to be made.
– Coordinate all transfer documentation, wires, and issues for loans transferring to new servicing entities.
– Work with loan officers to obtain and keep track of any updates pertaining to each construction loan.
– Responsible for the overall quality of the residential and consumer loan portfolio and profitability of the department.
– Follow-up on requests from insureds or claimants on status of claims.
– Provide constant updates, obtain approvals, promptly respond to requests and inquiries, and conduct follow-ups on any missing or pending documentation.
– Submit claims to carriers as well as work with insurance carriers to obtain the best claim resolution.
– Job performance is evaluated on accuracy, timeliness, productivity and customer satisfaction.
– Gathering financial information, including proof of income from applicants
– Performing credit checks to inquire about an applicant’s borrowing history
– Assessing an applicant’s finances, credit history and employment status to determine their creditworthiness
– Browsing available loans to identify options that match the applicant’s current financial status
– Exploring payment options on available loans to find ideal structures for the applicant
– Explaining the terms and conditions of a loan to an applicant
– Offering advice, if requested, on which of the offered loan options is best suited to their needs and financial capabilities
– Working with lender staff to initiate the loan on behalf of the applicant
– Monthly sales report and sales update submission.
– Keeps track of sales targets.
– Maintain and update customers’ info and sales record regularly.
– Communicate customers’ feedback/complaints if any.
– Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements :
– Experienced handling gadget market will be added advantage
– Must be tech savvy and interested in the customer’s products and platform features1+ years’ sales experience with a proven record of fact finding to uncover customer needs
– Ability to meet sales targets, while providing a stellar customer experience
– Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills
– Passions in customer service field.
– Fresh graduates in any field are encouraged to apply (Training will be provided).
– Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields.
– No work experience required OR Fresh Graduate with Good Attitude or Well
– Communication skills welcome to apply.

– Strong capability of transitioning support calls to solutioning sales opportunities
– Ability to take complete ownership of customer issues and provide top tier service while resolving the issue before ending the call
