Description
Responsibilities : – Assist the Head of HR in Manpower Planning and Budgeting. – Assist the Head of HR in the job advertisement, recruitment and selection – Coordinate with trainer on the induction program & schedules for newly recruited employees. – Implementing on the terms and conditions of service & benefits. – Execute implementation of succession plan for the organization. – Good in office administration and training development. – Good background and understanding on Akta Perusahaan /Pekerjaan. – Manage the TMS and payroll system, and timely generate reports – Processes salary changes, monitors merit budget and initiate changes in status for payroll. – Manage KEV employees domestic inquiry and disciplinary. – Coordinate counselling services to employee. – Ensure that government regulations mandated related to HR and general affairs are properly implemented. – General staff administration, including handling KEV staff insurance policies, medical & hospitalization, SOCSO / insurance claims.
