Description

Human resources assistants provide support in all the processes and efforts carried by human resources executive/managers. They help in the preparation of recruitment processes by scanning CVs and narrowing the selection to the most suitable candidates. They perform administrative tasks, prepare communications and letters, and perform the tabulation of the surveys and assessments carried out by the department. Assist in key in the any payroll transactions related in the HR info system, as well sorting the documentation related for the HR record. Ensuring that the environment of the facilities office looks presentable and well-functioning.

ZAQUIN RESOURCES SDN. BHD. is a local waste and environmental services company operating in Johor Bahru.

Established in 2004, we have successfully grown from a small waste and environmental services provider to a company that now employs over 60 full-time staff with operations in metropolitan and remote locations around Johor Bahru. We are proudly a 100 percent Johorean and Bumiputra-registered business that aims to continue to drive and set the benchmark for waste management and environmental services in Johor.

The company has a fleet of more than 30 trucks and associated vehicles which enables the provision of regular collection services on a daily, weekly, fortnightly or an ‘ondemand’ collection basis. On average, our collection trucks make 24,000 site visits per month. ZAQUIN operates two processing plants. The head office is located at Taman Ekoperninagaan.

The head office is located at Jalan Kempas Lama, Kampung Maju Jaya, Skudai.
In endeavoring to grow the seeds of the business, the idea of establishing ZAQUIN RESOURCES SDN BHD as a start-up company focusing on cleaning and landscape work emerged in the late 2004. Mr. Ahmad Tarmimi a high spirit entrepreneur took his first attempt to grow the company to compete with others experienced company. Believed the company should be able to grow faster with the advancement of technology. Dedicating his young energy, new idea and strategy the company was established on 11th January 2005 to take up this challenge. First contract granted to the company in the mid of 2006 grant him the courage to compete further in the coming years. After 10 challenging years, the company is able to sustain and gaining more momentum to meet the goal of becoming the icon of environmental in Johor region.
ZAQUIN RESOURCES SDN BHD were also established to prepare for game changing in the fast moving business environment. Today, the company still driving fast on its core value – educate impact, and advance, with larger vision; to set new standard in Southern Region.
