You will be reporting to the Head of HR, you will be working independently in handling all forms of communication and management in the department as well as working effectively alongside all internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Managing and coordinating human resources and operations processes/policies improvement
and initiatives to enhance the studio’s core
Handling all maters related to managing and liaising with outsourced payroll providers
Preparing and keeping all documentation (letter, agreement, etc) in a timely and efficient
manner
Overseeing a full spectrum of recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
talents
Handling immigration-related maters for expatriate hires
Managing and facilitating the expatriate hires relocation and temporary housing
Handling the full employee life cycle which includes onboarding and onboarding
Organizing, coordinating, and facilitating company events or activities
Being in charge of office opening and closing
Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for maintenance
Working with key stakeholders across the business division to ensure that employee relations
are upkept, and all employee initiatives are handled efficiently and effectively
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
