Collaborating with the management team to align with the Company’s vision and mission, overseeing the HR operations for the entire UCSI Group.
Developing strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, compensation etc.).
Lead and plan employee benefit, payroll, health and safety programs.
Facilitate and monitor the quality implementation of standardized human resource processes.
To review the effectiveness of HR operations and policies.
To guide the re-engineering processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices.
To communicate and assume responsibility of labor and employee relations.
Effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain to talents.
Prepare reports for the Group CEO / Founder & Executive Chairman, University Council & Top Management using business metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment etc.).
Ability to use metrics and analytics.
Knowledge of local and international labor laws.
Understanding and experience with Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies.
