Summary:

We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an educator, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Your enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to early childhood development are key in providing a positive educational experience for our students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ageappropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Foster the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of each child.
• Observe and assess children’s progress and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Implement positive behavior management strategies.
• Supervise children during activities and ensure their well-being.

Requirements:

• Passionate individual who loves and enjoys working with children
• Minimum Diploma in ECCE or Equivalent
• Fresh graduates OR individuals with no experience are welcome
• Able to speak fluent English
• Knowledge of child development theories and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a nurturing environment.
