JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Ensure training and coaching of POS machines to Junior Cashiers
  • Responsible for monies collection and accuracies of different payment modes and various transactions
  • Strict adherence of airport LAG regulations and great understanding of GST or any refund/exchange policies
  • Handling petty cash and work closely with cashiers to resolve any cashiering matters
  • Showcase excellent customer service and cashiering skill knowledge
  • Maintain cashiering inventories for example STEB Bag, invoices, receipt rolls or any audit materials

REQUIREMENTS

  • Cashier experiences in travel retail is a MUST
  • Able to work on airport operational hours (No Midnight)
  • Possess a positive attitude and lead by examples
  • Excellent communication skills in exceeding customers’ expectations
