Manage Milestone Reviews at companywide level and organize the Final Review Approval Meeting with Top Management
Prepare the Management Approval Paper for Project Milestone Final Review
Timely prepare Project Milestone updates report for top management & stakeholders.
2.TASK NO.2: 5M1E Audit
Generate 5M1E audit plan & conduct kick off meeting with stakeholders.
Conduct 5M1E audit on project process owner (auditee) according to plan
Produce 5M1E audit result report and update/publish to project team and management.
Conduct 5M1E audit and validate mitigation physical evidence.
5M1E final report preparation for final review with management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possessed at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automotive / Manufacturing)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Automotive industries.
Experience in Quality Management System & Project Management.
Good knowledge of ISO/TS (IATF)16949 system.
Good knowledge in Automotive Manufacturing Processes.
