JOB LOCATION: PROTON TANJUNG MALIM, PERAK
Support quality issues in conjuction with key stakeholders, resolving day-to-day problems, ensuring effective containment and problem resolution for all non-conformances issue relating to incoming parts, supplier PPM, GCPA (CBU Audit), Warranty claims, J.D Power Initial Quality Study (IQS)
Support VAVE and resourcing activities to achieve cost reduction target.
Support supplier development issues to ensure flawless launch of new program, including current model enhancements and on-going product/process.
Assist to push Proton suppliers to improve their process capability and quality control to achieve target.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possessed bachelor’s degree in engineering of any field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing
Knowledge of automotive parts, systems and suppliers especially in interior parts (seat, carpet, headlining and etc)
Good understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings
Knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC and GD&T is an added advantage.
Good problem solving and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
