  • Initiate and drive new part development / localization as per approved project Master Schedule.
  • Track, verify and approve the quality level of new part in accordance with the NPDS / PPAP process during part development stage.
  • Plan and develop part GEP3 engine value-added value engineering (VAVE) as assigned.
  • Track current model enhancement and design/process changes of parts development progress, critical issue support, lessons learned management product knowledge & training document.
  • To Plan, coordinate and execute company strategic projects for Assembly Lines and Test Lines regarding Mechanical related design.
  • GENBA or lead GEP3 part investigation as to coach, guide and assess the effectiveness of implementation of improvement process control at suppliers.
  • Effective supplier problem solving activities as per related procedure in ensuring smooth operations at production line.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possessed Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, similar discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Experience in Powertrain Quality and Engine Development is an added advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in IATF 16949 and core tools (APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP)
