Job description

  • Liaise with customer on the sales and planning related issue
  • Create shipment plan to customer based on sales forecast and internal capacity
  • Monitor delivery schedule per committed shipment plan
  • Order management & fulfilment activities such as taking orders, quoting price, determining appropriate shipping methods and rates etc in response to customer’s request
  • Monitor inventory to ensure sufficient inventory to support schedule upside from customer and minimize exposure on EOL products
  • Prepare customers and internal reports
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Preferable with Sales experience/ customer service experience in Manufacturing Industries.
  • Languages requirements: English, Bahasa Malaysia, & Mandarin (due to need to liaise customer in China).
  • Possess own transport.
  • Able to work in area Desa Cemerlang- Ulu Tiram, Johor.
