Job Description:
To promote and professionally sell a wide range of Bancassurance products to the Bank’s Affluent Segment customers i.e. existing and NTB
To provide professional advice on appropriate financial products based on customer’s need
To ensure customer’s satisfaction and to provide excellent after sales service
To plan and to implement sales activities related to Bancassurance products
To act promptly on all leads and follow up activities
To acquire good knowledge of Bancassurance products in the market
To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess minimum qualification of Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business Study or its equivalent
Minimum of 2 years working experience in insurance sales
Results oriented ad passionate in sales with proven track record
Fully certified with PCE Life, CEILI & TBE
Possess the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and to deliver high quality of customer service to external & internal customers
Possess good interpersonal skill and able to actively interact with all level of customers
