Handle incoming calls from customers professionally
Respond promptly to customer’s inquiries regarding products and services
Provide correct information, alternatives and best solution to the customers
Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
Promote teamwork and cooperation within the team
Requirements:
Diploma with (2) year working experience in any field
Degree Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Able to work on rotational shift, public holiday and night shift
Good communication in English
Customer oriented and strong problem solving skills
