  • Provide 24/7 service of inbound calls for roadside and accident assistance and other service requests such as on-the-go windscreen replacement and car replacement assistance service to customers.
  • Probe to identify the need of the customer based on vehicle situation.
  • Provide policy coverage details.
  • Manage response by coordinating service providers to assist the customer.
  • Follow up and provide status updates to customers.
  • Attend to all inquiries and complaints from inbound calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • Guide customers basic trouble shooting and offer appropriate alternatives.
  • Escalate situation/complaint involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance advice and support.
  • Capture voice of customer and provide service recovery lapse for process improvement opportunity.

Requirement

  • Certification or Diploma in Automotive or related industry
  • Experience in Automotive call center is an added advantage.
  • STPM/Diploma or equivalent with 0-1 year of work experience.
  • Able to speak and read Bahasa Melayu & English fluently.
  • Mandarin speakers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Able to work from Office & Home as required by Management.
