Position: Customer Service Ambassador (Non-Rotating Shift)

Salary: $2,400 – $2,800 + OT

Location: West

Working Hours / Days: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Mon – Thurs) / 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri) / 8.30am -12.30pm (Alt Sat Off)


  • Greet customers/ guest promptly, identify their needs and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Assist to offer beverage to customers / guests
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a polite and professional manner and pre-qualify calls
  • Assist with reporting of daily Showroom Reports, call logs and daily messaging reporting
  • Assist the Sales Boutique executive in the retail sales and upkeep of display area
  • Provide administrative support as and assistance with ensuring showroom cleanliness and optimisation
  • Responsible for office mails / documents to be received and despatched and ensure proper receipt, recording and delivery


  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience or customer facing / handling experience
  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrated ability to work with diverse people groups
  • Able to handle stress and a good team-player
  • Comfortable to commit to weekends and OT
  • Polished, articulate and well-presented individual with excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience in the Automotive, Aviation, Retail Sales or Service industry will be an added advantage
  • Positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards
