Responsibilities

  • To manage e-commerce daily operations- Product listing, content management, inventory, order fulfillment & campaign planning.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide solutions & alternatives
  • Manage all online activities in relation to sales & reporting
  • To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as & when required

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce/ Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Digital savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office, E-Commerce business models, operations & technology
  • Proficient in the language of English & Malay
  • Able to work in a Fast Pace Environment
