Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in clients’ sales order, inquiries and customer care related job.
  • Attend to live chats, text messages and email from clients.
  • Liaise and coordinate with clients on any enquiry, quotation, order processing, resolving complaints, etc.
  • Respond promptly to clients on a timely basis, address any issues escalated from clients, and establish a good relationship with clients.
  • Work with internal team to ensure the smooth of operation flow.
