Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

Looking for Team Leaders with Sales and Digital Marketing experience. A dedicated resource to handle various work to lead the team on process compliance, performance and all engagements between Clients, Subsidiaries & other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a group of market experts to achieve client sales goals, team and company objectives.   
2. Provide regular coaching for direct reports on their KPI results, team motivation and accountability.
3. Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement and execute actions required.
4. Supervise team attendance, tardiness and drive low attrition.
5. Communicate client and company expectations to employees and provide timely updates
6. Be the subject matter expert of the Client’s sales business and provide real time team support.
7. Stay current on work processes, policies and procedures. Attend required development training.
8. Promote Concentrix values through both behavior and attitude, including being an advocate for your team members
9. Analyze data, create reports, present performance overview to clients and stakeholders.  

Required Skills:

·        Strong interpersonal skills with solid oral and written communication

·        Excellent problem solving skills with process driven techniques

·        Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve sales and performance expectations

·        Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion

·        Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 

·        Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization and timelines on deliverables   

·        Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees   

·        Good MSFT excel & presentation skills.    

·        Minimum 2 years experience in sales environment, inbound and outbound. 2 years experience as supervisor or team leader

·        Background in Digital Sales & Marketing is preferred.
