• Perform preventatve and regular maintenance of the vehicles. Responsible for maintaining good conditon and up keeping of the company car. • Perform daily ofce maintenance, evaluates systems or facilites to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed. • Perform minor fxes such as repairing broken locks, flling gaps on walls etc. • Check control panels and electrical wiring to identfy issues. • Drive company vehicles to pick up or send directors and guests to destnaton in a tmely, safe, and courteous manner. • To maintain the cleanliness of exterior and interior of the vehicle(s), e.g., washing and vacuum the cars periodically. • Able to travel outstaton as and when required. • Standby during ofce hours, and may include occasional late hours, on weekends or public holidays (OT claimable) • High awareness on trafc safety and minimized the possibility on violaton of trafc law. • Ensure passengers are comfortably commute in the vehicle. • Ad hoc dutes as assigned by Director or Company’s designates. Requirements: • Obtained valid FULL D license and familiar in driving locally and intercity. • Own a valid passport and able to travel locally or regionally as and when needed. • Clean driving records without any major on road ofences. • Pleasant personality & presentable. • Language: Mandarin, Cantonese
