Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute company security guard policy and protocol.
• To supervise, guide, and lead security team members.
• To oversee and ensure the security operation of Company.
• To arrange duty schedule for security team.
• Responsible to protect company’s properties, products and the safety of employees.
• Ensure the registration of visitor and goods entry and exit.
• Enforcement of access control, shipping security control, monitoring of CCTV control center system.
• Enforcement of security and safety regulation of the Company.
• Document and store information, activities, and event in a log and /or report.
• Perform routine patrols of the company’s facilities and grounds to assist in deterring criminal behavior as well as make Security’s presence known.
• Compulsory participation in emergency response team.
• Comply with and communicate the company’s EHSMS, policies, EHS objective & planning, procedures, significant environmental aspects/hazards, EHS roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and authorities, obligations, legal and other requirements, and any relevant EHS issues
• Communicate Emergency Response Plan
• Report any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and EHS incidents (including near misses)

Requirements:

• Minimum high school education level with at least 2 years experience in Industrial Security Manager / Team Leader.
• Ex-forces personnel / Retired army are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working in Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse or Licensed Warehouse is an additional advantage.
• Knowledge in basic fire fighting, first-aid and computer will be an added advantage.
