KETERANGAN JAWATAN KOSONG
Responsible to assist Section Head, Consumer Product Development on all aspects of product research, development, enhancement, packaging, and review in order to meet Bank’s profitability, Shariah requirement, and regulatory requirement within the Bank’s mandated role.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Conduct research and analyze market trends to ensure business goals are met.
Identifying and researching opportunities in new and existing product development.
Contribute to value-based proposals for complex business solutions.
Prepare product implementation specifications and ensure the product design is in compliance with policy, regulation, and BNM’s guidelines.
Explore and identify potential product and services improvement, which may be attractive to customers and profitable to the Bank based on Customers’ needs and the Economic environment.
Work with product owner in enhancing Agrobank’s products and services to ensure competitiveness in the market and leveraging higher yield and returns to the Bank.
Implementation of projects on an assignment basis and liaising with all relevant stakeholders until successful implementation.
Develop the operation manual and/or product guidelines and obtain the required internal and/or external approval for each specific product in order to assist the user within the bank.
Conduct regular training sessions with Sales staff, branches, and other related departments on products and services.
Involvement in the preparation of product approval for Bank Negara Malaysia.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver marketing programs to front-line staff. This includes the development of marketing materials, briefing to sales staff, formulation of leads, and development of customer Review existing products to ensure compliance with Shariah and regulatory requirements.
Requesting and assisting other relevant departments on system development progress and testing phase of the product.
Developing products for the Agrobank and making appropriate recommendations to the supervisor accordingly and assisting the department in obtaining required management approvals.
Assist Business Unit in reviewing the existing product proposition and the operational process of Agrobank’s products and services.
Involve and advise the operational matters and process flow for each product and services
Rationalize operational procedures in order to meet the high-quality standard.
To monitor and update the trend of the banking industry in benchmarking product offerings against competitors.
Handling ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned/required.
QUALIFICATIONS
2 – 3 years of relevant experience in business managerial positions preferably in development banking and or relevant banking / financial environment.
Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates with the willingness to learn and willing to grow attitude with the Company in terms of career may be considered.
Candidates with experience in Product Development would be an advantage.
Possess strong analytical skills, a pleasant personality, and a good working attitude
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to establish credibility and rapport is friendly and personable looking.
Keeps up to date with changes in the market and technology that would affect new product development.
