Key Responsibilities

• Determine test approach and strategy to test current function &/or products and identifying deficiencies
• Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
• Manage test environment. Ensures that a complete test environment is available to conduct thorough testing. This includes all the supported peripherals.
• Develop test cases based on requirements and specifications. Ensures traceability between test cases and requirements. The test cases should be developed ahead of test execution
• Develop automated test capability. Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
• Identify key KPIs for product quality
• Document results of tests for the software development team
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
• Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
• Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
• Research and compare similar competitor products
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancement

Skills & Requirements

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance with minimum 3 years of QA experience
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
• High proficiency in computer technology and programming languages such as SQL, .Net, Flutter, XML & JSON

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science plus equivalent work experience
