Your Mission:

1)   Develop, implement and monitoring of social management system at factories.

2)   Plan, develop and conduct internal audits to identify the gaps in social compliance.

3)   Prepare internal audit reports and coordinate with factories for corrective and preventive actions.

4)   Conduct follow up audit to verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.  

5)   Identify the latest information on legal requirements (labour practice) and social compliance code of conduct.

6)   Handling of external social audits as lead auditee, coordinating safety, environmental and HR aspects.

7)   Conduct social compliance training to employees and business partners.

8)   Conduct business partners (suppliers) social audit at selected suppliers’ plant

9)   Main document controller of all social compliance audit records and procedures.

10) Analyze all audit results and implement all necessary actions to resolve all compliance issues and interpret all complex regulations to ensure adherence to same in organization.

11) Internal and external communication about social compliance initiatives and allegations.

12) Coordinate with marketers, customers, factories and audit companies to schedule for social audits. 

What we are looking for:

1) Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Law or equivalent from reputable universities.

2) Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply!

3) Good command in both English and BM (spoken and written).

4) Highly encourage applicants who can converse well and write well in Mandarin language, as this role requires assisting auditors in Mandarin language.
