Generally this role will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality services to internal customers within the organization. This role will oversee the end-to-end service management process and ensure that all services are delivered in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery Management:

  • Develop and implement a service delivery management strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives and priorities.
  • Ensure that all services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs and customer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze service delivery performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement service improvement plans to address identified areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that service management processes and procedures are documented and adhered to.
  • Manage service delivery budgets and resources.

Service Level Management:

  • Oversee the service provider personnel.
  • Ensure that service providers and operations are meeting SLAs and customer expectations.
  • Identify areas for improvement in service level operations and implement changes to enhance service quality.
  • Develop and implement service desk policies and procedures to improve service delivery.

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure service delivery is meeting their needs.
  • Liaise with other departments within the organization to ensure that service delivery is integrated with overall organizational objectives

Business Process Management and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement shared services strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for centralizing and streamlining services to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
  • Work with other leaders to ensure that shared services align with the needs of the various business units or departments.
