Main Responsibilities

Identify key tasks of a targeted department and analyze its feasibility for automation. Propose automation procedures of key tasks identified. Work closely with the end user on the most practical implementation and if required, re-adapt the solution to fit the user’s requirement.

Job Description

• Identify existing tasks and processes that can be simplified and automated
• Analyze each tasks workflow, pain-points, potentials and feasibility for automation
• Work with the end user on task requirements 
• Determine one automation solution to work on 
• Design and propose an automation of the task determined
• Establish change management: how to implement the solution in the most practical yet efficient way.
• Coordinate between stakeholders in assessment, design, adaptation and implementation throughout the projects

Role Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Good command of English  
• Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face directly
• Has a responsibility and like to work in a team
• Possess initiative and willingness to learn
