Roles & Responsibilities

• Prioritise and coordinate project activities, schedules, and documentation to ensure efficient execution and successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software developers, UI UX designers, system analysts and quality assurance, to understand business objectives and elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, to ensure a seamless project delivery
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization, and ensure thorough testing and validation of system changes to meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather information, align stakeholders on project objectives, and translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and system documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams in project planning, scope definition, and resource allocation to drive successful project outcomes, ensuring accurate and timely implementation of business requirements.
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to propose innovative solutions, enhance system capabilities, and identify risks, issues, and dependencies with effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the technology domain, preferably in the fintech or payment industry.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation techniques, such as use case modelling and process mapping.
• Knowledge of payment systems, financial regulations, and industry standards.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is an advantage.
