As the Business Analyst, you will collaborate with departments to clarify and communicate requirements, assuring Quality Management System being implemented are aligned with needs. You will report to Global IT Manager, working on hybrid work mode, with office based in Shah Alam. Qualifications A four-year bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, related discipline. 3+ years of experience in the IT industry. Experience in software development or technical support. Experience in SQL server, JavaScript, System Development, data management and data analysis. Experienced in documentation of main analysis deliverables (business/functional/design requirements, use cases) Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies. Experience managing remote setups, services, and implementations. Systematic, business-oriented approach, receptiveness to new technologies.
