What You will Be Doing: · Have an in-depth understanding of the products and services provided, have professional product and business knowledge, and constantly learn new business knowledge and improve business skills. · Provide business support to the customer service team, tutoring in daily work to ensure that customer problems are solved quickly and effectively. Improve the skills of customer service teams by developing and implementing training programs. · Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the customer service process, undertaking new business, and building a customer service knowledge base system. Continue to optimize the process, diagnose the business, and provide constructive suggestions to help the development of the business. · Familiar with and good at using various customer service tools, improve the customer service workbench, and improve customer service efficiency through process optimization and tool development. · Analyze user consultation, collect user feedback, and collaborate with the product development team to promote product optimization. · Control the process, personnel and system risks of the customer service department through tool optimization and daily drills. · Assist and promote the establishment of customer service-related products and the optimization of customer service intelligent service system. Mining the needs of users, helping the construction and optimization of customer service systems and intelligent tools.
