Job Description Sutherland is seeking an energetic and dedicated person as a Customer Service Associate. If you are keen to be in the Customer Service line, apply with Sutherland now! Job Role: – Research customer problems and deliver solutions – Deliver an experience to every customer, meeting the client’s service standards – Respond to 60-100 emails/social media communication per day through personalize social media and/or long form email responses to customer enquiries – Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals – Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately. – Work as part of the team to ensure the program floor is a positive and professional environment. – Provide support in projects and initiatives as and when required. Requirements: · Degree holder in any field or minimum Diploma · Able to read, write and understand Bahasa Malaysia and English · 1 year of customer service experience, to have experience in BPO industry will be added advantage · Ability to use Computer Systems – application usage (shortcuts, alternating windows, navigating tools) · Familiarity with mobile devices and TV · Knowledge of browsers (IE8, Chrome) · Familiarity in Social Media platforms & music applications · Social Media savvy – familiar with terms and trends in Social Media · Excellent Typing Skills
