Responsibilities :

• Managing and implementing customer care strategies, including handling customer inquiries & investigations, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Responding to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Developing a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
• Escalating unresolved or complex customer issues to higher-level support or management as necessary.
• Creating and maintaining SOPs for marketing processes, ensuring standardization and efficiency in marketing operations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
• Utilizing CRM software to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring a personalized and consistent customer experience.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Prefer applicant come with 1 years and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduate with equivalent background are welcome to apply(Training and guidance will be provided)
• Flexibility in adjusting strategies based on evolving customer trends and feedback.
• Multitasking & good attention to detail.
• Critical thinking, logical communication & decision making.
