Responsibilities :
Managing and implementing customer care strategies, including handling customer inquiries & investigations, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responding to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
Developing a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
Escalating unresolved or complex customer issues to higher-level support or management as necessary.
Creating and maintaining SOPs for marketing processes, ensuring standardization and efficiency in marketing operations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
Utilizing CRM software to manage and track customer interactions, ensuring a personalized and consistent customer experience.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Prefer applicant come with 1 years and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduate with equivalent background are welcome to apply(Training and guidance will be provided)
Flexibility in adjusting strategies based on evolving customer trends and feedback.
Multitasking & good attention to detail.
Critical thinking, logical communication & decision making.
