We are looking for an experienced and creative Video Production Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of videographers/editors to produce high-quality, engaging videos.
• Manage workloads and ensure timely and exceptional deliverables.
• Contribute actively to ideation, creative process, and direction of video projects.
• Oversee all audio, visual, and technical aspects of video production.
• Take charge of video post-production activities, including editing, audio, colour correction, and colour grading.
• Ensure consistent adherence to our brand and video guidelines.
• Collaborate with producers, motion graphics artists, and creative teams.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, digital trends, and content generation ideas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of video production experience, including directing, shooting, and editing.
• Strong mastery of production and post-production, demonstrated by a strong portfolio.
• In-depth knowledge of video production tools and equipment.
• Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on strategic importance and deadlines.
• Creative storyteller, skilled at simplifying complex concepts into elegant narratives.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud production suite.
• Willingness and ability to travel on short notice.
