We are seeking talented & passionate Full Stack Developer to join our team, you will have opportunities to design and developing the backend, integrate streaming capabilities into the platform, database management, testing and debugging the application to identify and resolve issues.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Collaborating with the development team to design the overall cloud infrastructure architecture. 
• Managing the cloud environment where the streaming platform is hosted. This includes provisioning and configuring cloud resources, such as virtual machines, storage, databases, and networking components. Monitoring the infrastructure for performance, availability, and security, and making necessary adjustments as needed. 
• Setting up the necessary infrastructure components to support streaming, such as media servers, content delivery networks (CDNs), and load balancers. Configuring the streaming protocols and optimizing the network for efficient content delivery. 
• Developing and implementing deployment pipelines and automation scripts for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). 
• Provide and implement API for Durioo’s products. 
• Ensuring the security of the streaming platform. 
• Optimizing the performance and scalability of the streaming platform.
• Investigating and resolving any issues or incidents related to the streaming platform. 
• Coding and implementation using best practices to produce high-performing/scalable/secured modules for Durioo+ apps.

Background & Experience:

• Full Stack – You would consider yourself a full stack developer and have several years of experience in both frontend and backend development with 4+ years of experience 
• React Native – You are proficient in working with React 
• Experience with AWS Stack, like EC2, S3, CloudFront, etc. 
• Experience in microservices. 
• Working knowledge of Database (MYSQL, SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Elastic Search). 
• Proficient in RESTful API. Knowledge of GraphQL or gRPC. 
• Good knowledge of methodologies, design and architectural patterns, testing practices, and tooling. 
• Have experience with git or similar versioning systems. 
• Deep understanding of how the OTT platform works is essential but not mandatory. 
• Great troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience in deployment and maintaining applications in production 
• Experience with Linux terminal, setting up servers 
• High adaptability in a dynamic start-up environment

Our Product

Durioo+ operates on a subscription-based model. We produce, co-produce, and license entertaining, ethical, and meaningful content tailored for Muslim children. Launched in February 2022, we already boast more than 30,000 paid subscribers and host over 5,300 pieces of content on our platform. The numbers are growing every month. Durioo+ is available on the Play Store, App Store, Samsung TV, Roku, and Fire TV. All our content is meticulously curated to ensure it aligns with Islamic teachings and values.

Our Future Plan

Since launching the platform in February 2022, our focus has been on creating and licensing content while building a robust streaming platform. In two years’ time, Durioo+ plans to expand with Durioo Games and Durioo Books.
