We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flutter Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Flutter application development and a strong understanding of mobile application architecture. As a Flutter Developer at Exalumen Technologies Sdn Bhd, you will work closely with our cross-functional team to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications that exceed user expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver innovative mobile application solutions.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code using Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Participate in the full mobile application development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and beyond.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, bugs, and other challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile application development, and integrate them into the development process as appropriate.
• Maintain code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and provide valuable input to the development team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in mobile application development using the Flutter framework.
• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with platform-specific integrations (iOS and Android).
• Familiarity with state management solutions (Provider, BLoC, MobX, etc.).
• Knowledge of responsive design principles.
• Contributions to open-source Flutter projects.
• Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
