Description • Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability. Requirements • Degree, Diploma or vocational school certificate in IT/Electrical/Electronic or equivalent. TMT embarked on this journey 25 years ago, our goal was to make a mark in technology industry.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
• Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
• Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
• Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
• Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
• Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
• Conducting daily backup operations.
• Managing technical documentation.
• 6-12 months working experience in sale & service of IT related industry.
• Knowledge in devices, iPhone, Mac OSX and iOS and added advantage.
• Candidates with technical knowledge and experience in sales/business/manufacturing are
encourage to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Location: Kuantan, Pahang, Putrajaya and Avenue K, KL
