Job Description:-

• Translate and assist Japanese Deputy Managing Director
• Support and advise client to secure and obtain project.
• Attend all related meetings and matter with clients, authorities, and sub-contractors.
• Propose appropriate solution according to client needs within fixed costing.
• Ensure submissions and approvals are obtained from required authorities.
• On-site supervision, coordinate with sub-contractors to make sure construction progress is following timeline.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical specifics to peers and customers.

Requirements:-

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• JLPT N1 -N2
• Minimum 3 years above of experience as a Mechanical Engineer with a focus on HVAC tendering & design required (MUST)
• Experience in Engineering company and as a subcontractor company
• Experience in Tendering plant/ factory and price negotiations.
• Experience in liaise with internal and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of mechanical installation, design development and provide author supervision
• Experience design, cost estimation and familiar with tendering process and prior experience in HVAC, General Process Utility and Clean Room Design is an added
• With good knowledge in design, cost estimation and familiar with tendering process and prior experience in HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Sewage, General Process Utility and Clean Room Design.
