JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering(Civil), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (optional).
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field isrequired for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD.
Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Quantity Surveyor.
Wiling to work extra hours.
Monday – Saturday works.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To evaluate and prepare progress claims.
To evaluate certificates from developers / consultants / main contractors.
Able to manage and coordinate project related contractual matters, including progress claim, verification, comparison and certification of sub-contractors and supplier claims.
Measurement, taking off on-going project (knowledge plumbing works are required).
Attend site meeting, on-site BQ verfications and quality checks (if necessary).
Prepare quotations and tender.
Document design changes and update budgets.
Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Construction Team & Sub-Contractors.
Preparation of tender, project costing and administration work.
Able to meet tight deadline, work under pressure & work independently.
