Role: Manage 15 premises in West Malaysia under Salvation Army

Job Description:

  • Liaison between various stakeholders across premises as well as HQ in Malaysia & Singapore
  • Resolve feedback or issues raised in a timely manner
  • Ensure emergency issues are resolved immediately
  • Quarterly visit to all premises
  • Prepare for weekly meeting and minutes of meeting
  • Liaise with defect team to resolve defects identified
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, finance & HQ team to roll up budget for each premise
  • Develop maintenance management schedule for each premise
  • Asset tagging of all M&E fixtures

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or professional qualification or equivalent qualification
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationship with people at all levels
  • Knowledge in building services
  • Technology savvy
  • Must familiar with digital
  • Possess own transport and love traveling

Site located at: Puchong, Selangor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,000.00 – RM4,000.00 per month (can be negotiated)
