In line with our business growth and quality service, we are looking for a highly motivated Quality Assurance to be part of our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of the products for residential and commercial projects. 

What do we need you to do? 

  • Handle defect management department.
  • Inspect and check the defect work done especially panel installation.
  • Assist and resolve the problems and complaints regarding the defects and follow up their issue until the case is settled.
  • Understand products features and knowledge.

What do we need from you? 

  • Possess a minimum of SPM qualification or equivalent 
  • We are also open for Junior Executive role, you are welcome to apply as training will be provided 
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with Mandarin-speaking customers 
  • Able to drive as we will provide the car.
