JOB PURPOSE

Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP):

• Prepares and provides FTP information for month-end closing.
• Supports FTP computation, including analytics and implications.
• Assists in budget and forecast preparation, in relation to FTP.
• Assists in attending to any ad-hoc requests, requested from the management, other divisions or BNM.

Bank Negara Malaysia Reporting:

• Ensure the required data for the regulatory reporting is received.
• Prepare ‘Net Liquidity Framework (NLF) for ‘New Statistical Reporting Systems (NSRS)’ reporting to be submitted to BNM on the 12th of every month via the STATsmart application.
• Prepare ‘Risk Weighted Capital Ratio (RWCR) for ‘New Statistical Reporting Systems (NSRS)’ reporting to be submitted to BNM on the 15th of every month via the STATsmart application.
• Prepare ‘Net Liquidity Framework (NLF) and ‘Risk Weighted Capital Ratio (RWCR) reporting to be submitted to BNM, Jabatan Kewangan Pembangunan dan Enterprise on the 15th of every month.
• Prepare ‘Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR)’ and ‘Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR)’ reporting to be submitted to BM on the 15th of every month.
• Ensure compliance with the framework, procedures and guidelines set by BNM.
• Ensure timely submissions to BNM.
• Ensure all reports and information provided are accurate and timely for the use of other units and departments.

Hurdle Rate:

• Prepare Hurdle Rate reports for Assets and Liabilities Management (ALM) on a monthly basis.
• Annual Financial Statements:
• Prepare NLF, LCR, NSFR and RWCR related information and include it as part of ‘Note to Financial Statement’ in the bank’s annual report.
•  Capital Management:
• ·Analyze and access the needs for raising additional capital or funding.
• Prepare and analyze Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) computation for credit risk, market risk and operational risk.
• Prepare and ensure the capital adequacy ratios, include Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) Capital, Tier 1 Capital and Total Capital Ratios is comply as per BNM requirement.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualifications & Experience:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Accounting, Finance or any relevant field.
• 1-3 years of working experience in Banking and Financing industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge in Accounting, Finance and Banking
• Knowledge of accounting standards as well as understanding of the acts related to banking operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in the IFAS system
• Knowledge in the products offered by Bank
• Professional qualifications such as MIA, ACCA or CIMA or other equivalent professional qualifications that are recognized worldwide or in Malaysia
