Broking Sales Manager, Employee Benefits position with leading Life Insurance company, to be based in Klang Valley

YOUR NEW COMPANY

This prestigious insurance company based in Malaysia is famous for its aspirational and exceptional life insurance coverage. Due to market growth, the company requires a Broking Sales Manager, specialise in Employee Benefits/ Group Insurance to join its global dynamic business, to be based in Klang Valley.

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will be counted on to build Group Insurance Sales via Broking channel to ensure Group Insurance Business Development growth. You will be counted on representing the company to build good relationship with the brokers by providing marketing support, fast response and quotation

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing Distribution Channels – Brokers/ Agency/ Bancassurance/ FA
• Knowledgeable In Employee Benefits/ Group Insurance will be an added advantage
• Skilled in building rapport with Disriibution Channels
• Friendly, Energetic and Approachable personality
