We provide full tailor-fit car mat solutions for each car model integrated with our manufacturing 4.0 model to provide an Online to Offline (O2O) experience. We currently provide solutions for more than 800 models, including brands like Honda, Toyota, Perodua, Proton, BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagen and many other popular brands in ASEAN countries.

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to assist in sales execution and enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for customer overall experience.
To perform sales activities & promote products professionally with walk-in and call-in customers.
To resolve any customer complaints.
To prepare car templates as and when required according to SOP.
To perform a car mat installation for customers.
To maintain excellent inventory control.
To do a daily settlement for different payment methods.
To prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
To perform daily retail operations.
To perform any other task or project assigned.

Job Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about the automotive sector and cars.
Have a passion for making customers happy.
Willing to learn with a good attitude.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
