1) Undertakes front desk duties, meeting and greeting members and guests and assisting them with any needs that arise. 2) To be fully aware of clubhouse facilities, court booking procedures, joining member’s eligibility and prices, so as to answer any questions that arise and provide accurate information to guests. 3) Ensure proper administration of the Clubhouse front desk, such as: 4) Report any equipment and building facility breakdown and follow up with appropriate vendors for their repairs to the Front Desk Executive. 5) Provide administrative support to the Front Desk Executive or Clubhouse Manager as needed. 6) Effectively work within the team to escalate any issues to the direct Supervisor after attempting to resolve them on your own. 7) Ensure front desk area is always clean and tidy. 8) Contribute towards delivering a great experience to members and guests.
