ROLE OVERVIEW

The Management Trainee at Mandala Club is responsible for ensuring a positive experience is delivered to the Club members and their guests. The Management Trainee is expected to work across the floor and the Reception team to assist daily operations.

 KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

●       Supports the Reception Team with Front Desk Shifts when required.

●       Runs daily briefing.

●       Support the Management team with the management of the team development calendar and the preparation of the training sessions.

●       Supports events production and execution.

●       Assists the floor team on the execution of daily service.

●       Support the Management team with any administrative tasks related to stock counts, ordering, etc..

·       A troubleshooter; must be able to critically analyse and tackle problems and present viable solutions.

·       Possess strong communication skills.

·       Able to communicate clearly at all levels within an organization.

·       Be open to new ideas, adventurous and practical simultaneously.

·       Motivated, professional, and high level of energy and work ethic.

THE RIGHT EXPERIENCE

●      Diploma / Bachelor’ Degree in any discipline

●      Minimum 2 years’ working experience in hospitality fields.

●      Competent in computer applications like Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint / Words for presentation

●      Meticulous and comfortable with numbers

●      Excellent written and verbal communication skills
