Role & Responsibility:
Ongoing SEO efforts execution, including but not limited to: keyword research, on-page optimisations (including keyword insertion, metadata, etc.) landing page UI & UX optimisation, and conversion optimisation.
Analysing and interpreting SEO performance data and reports.
Understanding of how to audit SEO site performance, remedy site performance issues, and implement/troubleshoot structured data using a variety of tools and technology.
Perform keywords research to accommodate to clients’ requirements.
Responsible for SEO Onsite Performance Audit & issue solutions & optimization.
Perform competitor SEO performance analysis periodically.
Responsible to review, analyse and produce periodical report on SEO campaigns’ management, recommendations for improvement along with status of key performance areas and key performance indicators.
Keeping pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
Talent’s Requirement:
2-3 years of Technical SEO execution / Website Development experience in an agency or corporate setting. Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply as well.
Good analytical skills and attention to details.
Proactive & work independently.
Understand the search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
Good command of SEO Audit tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog, ahrefs.com, Pingdom, Page Speed Insights, Lighthouse, or similar).
Good command of website tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Search Console).
Good command of HTML/CSS & WordPress CMS (great if your background is in web design/development).
Familiar with advanced technical SEO Scope (canonicalization, hreflangs, Schema, etc).
Good sense for website UI/UX improvement.
